This is the first book in what I am hoping to make into a series. It's about a young man named Hank who while working for the United States Marines. During an attack Hank takes and takes the only way out to save himself and his project and in doing so destroys his old life and starts a whole new on. Once Hank starts his new life he doesn't look back but has a longing for the past that's now gone and his partner in the project starts to fill that role.
I also worked hard to introduce the Artificial Intelligences into the story not as just secondary characters but as main characters with their own secondary stories as well that while not really going anywhere do give them color and a sense that they're real people not robots of some sort.
I have just submitted the second book to Amazon.com to be put up for sale on their sight and hopefully you'll all enjoy the second one as well as the first.
